Capitalisation of buying out a ground rent provision

We currently pay around £10k a year for one of our leasehold buildings, which is effectively a ground rent. The lease has around 85 years left. There could be an option to buy-out this ground rent clause, so then not have to pay the £10k per year. It is estimated that this would cost around £200k. Is there provision for this buy-out payment to be capitalised?
