1-4-1 Deadlines

Since day one of the new pooling regime and 1-4-1 we have retained 100% of our 1-4-1 receipts. Sometimes in the development of a new build scheme the deadlines get uncomfortably close and I was wondering if CLG are receptive to extending the deadline at all, even for a short while. Does anyone have any experience of CLG relaxing the deadlines on the basis that we will quickly catch up and be ahead of the deadline ?
